Best Western Premier Hotel Slon

"Clean room with refrigerator. Excellent breakfast, including Prosecco. Very fast internet, but signal occasionally dropped. 15 minute walk from bus/train station. Elizaveta at front desk was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The nights were cold. Guests are unable to adjust the room temperature. It was necessary for the housekeeping staff to bring an electric heater to keep the room warm. Room safe was on top shelf of closet. I needed to stand on a chair to retrieve items."

"It is ordinary Best Western hotel, but definitely not Premier. Premier has to be luxurios, but it is not. Rooms are old and outdated, but clean and bed is comfortable. Location is fabulous and breakfast is delicious. There are renovation works, so at 7 they start. If you like to sleep longer choose another hotel."

"The location is fantastic and easy to walk to most places within the city centre. The reception area is nice but somewhat misleading. The room and corridors are dated with worn carpet and furnishings. The hotel is currently being renovated which is not made clear when booking. The construction noise starts from 7am daily with almost constant drilling. The construction workers were right outside my window so I often kept the curtains closed which meant I had no natural light and there was only 1 small functioning light within the room so artificial light was also very limited."
