Antiq Palace Hotel & Spa

"Well people, I don't know who writes all those reviews... but it's just a bad hotel. Rooms with beds that creak and squeak. The room is not cleaned, another towel is placed, and that was it. The toilet and sink have not been cleaned once in our 1.5 weeks! The food is something from the fryer every evening with soup (broth and a different vegetable in it every day). The cook, Franka, is standing and sitting outside smoking with a shirt that we have been wearing at her place all week. Oh yes, with holes in it. The breakfast is really meager! A cooler with cooling elements underneath is used to keep your cheese and sausage, which is always too little, cool. People, it is cheap, but also just really bad. Franka and Harold are nice people and they have beautiful routes. But it really stops there!"

"What a lovely hotel. We enjoyed the hospitality, the beautiful rides (really ask the owner), the delicious food, the falling stars at night on the terrace, good bed, clean room. Really recommended. Harold, Franka, Daphne, Jochem, Bobbie and Ilva, thank you for the wonderful time, and we will definitely come back, because you still have many beautiful routes that we haven't had time for yet. "We had wonderful days at Gasthof Hochalmspitze, beautiful rides by motorcycle to Slovenia, Italy the Grossclockner, round the lakes and the Hochalmstrasse, when we got home a lovely hot shower awaited us. After drinking a beer and wine on the terrace we enjoyed the cooking of Franka every evening and the wonderful relaxed atmosphere that prevailed!!
