"This is a fabulous hotel. The service is outstanding. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are luxurious. We had a fabulous two nights here and I wish we could have stayed longer. It’s centrally located and has an indoor/outdoor pool. A classic hotel which was a real treat to stay in."

"Message of Appreciation Upon arrival to the GA Palace Hotel , we were welcome with smiles and that’s always a great start to a stay. So friendly and the staff assisted us to our rooms. We arrived a little earlier than expected and with that , it gave us time to go enjoy the city whilst we left our bags. When we returned back at 2:30pm we had our bags already in our room with refreshing beverages courtesy of the hotel. Which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the pool facilities and on a hot day the staff are always soo attentive to your needs at all times. The second day of our trip was a rainy day in Porto where we were directed by hotel staff the best places to visit and also those tourist venders in which to stay away from as well. My fiancée enjoyed a lovely relaxing massage before dinner and it’s well needed with the streets of Porto destroying the calf’s. We could not thank the hotel staff and its services enough. We don’t come from a lavish lifestyle or money and for us it was an eye opener to how the other half live but for us it was exactly what we needed and it was money well spent. If I was to spend that little bit extra for luxury again I would as it’s exactly why it’s a 5 Start Hotel & all the staff live up to the expectations set by hotel management.
