"Good location close to the river but it was on a side ally which seemed to be a little sketchy, although we had no problems. At night there was quite a lot of traffic noise. The apartment was very clean but the facility wasn’t as shiny as the photos indicated. All in all just an ok stay."

"We rented two apartments--one for my husband and me and the other for our two adult daughters---for four nights in May 2025. The girls' apartment (2A) was on the 2nd floor and was nicer and brighter than our first-floor apartment (OB), which was rather dark and faced a pigeon-filled alleyway. The apartments were not fancy, but had all we needed and it was nice to have the extra space as compared to a hotel room. Don't expect to do any real cooking -- the girls' apartment had a hotplate, but ours did not. Location was good and the street relatively quiet. We opted to get the breakfast, which was delivered in a box every morning. It was a good amount of food -- multiple bread items, ham, cheese, soggy fruit cups....it was ok for one or two mornings, but by the third morning, we wished we had not gotten the breakfast. I was under the misimpression when I booked that breakfast would actually be served in a dining room -- silly me :) The reception for these apartments is a 5 to 7 minute walk. No big deal, but a bit of a drag as we had a lot of suitcases. Overall a decent value for the money."

"This aparthotel is in a great location, and self checkin/checkout was easy. However, we stayed on the top floor, and during a thunderstorm in the middle of the night rain started leaking from the roof in multiple places. When we realized it was going to rain again the following night we checked out early and stayed at another hotel instead. The woman at the front desk said she would talk to Administration and get us a refund for that night. However since the room was not CURRENTLY leaking at that time, administration did not back her up and refused the refund after we left. Looking at the walls and ceiling it was clear the leaks had happened before and had not been repaired. Due to this and our experience we cannot recommend staying at any of the aparthotels managed by this company."
