"The location of the hotel is relatively far from the main city attractions. Long walk required either from Casa of Music or Caroline Michaelis metro stations.The landscape is very hilly and not suitable for older people or anybody with a limited mobility or small children. The hotel is old and outdated, not customer oriented staff. They tried to charge us for breakfast which we did not have in the hotel. Furthermore, they refused to provide a zero balance papers during a check out, and we got it only when the manager was involved into the dispute. We would not recommend this hotel either for a travel or business purpose."

"This is a decent budget hotel and I think it lives up to its 2-star status. Very convenient location with all transport links and a short walk to Jardins do Palácio de Cristal. Interior decor is dated and needs more than just a lick of paint but bathroom in my room was modern and fully functional. Room was a good size, clean with comfortable bed. Some noise from the lifts and the main street but easy to get used to. Breakfast was included in my offer, it’s a simple but fresh offering. I gave an extra star for guest service as staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from reception team, through restaurant and cleaning team and made my stay special. "

"The location is very convenient as the metro and the bus station are very near. Rooms are clean and quiet, the breakfast is simple and you need to add an additional price for it. Considering the price the hotel is fine . The staff was helpful, they stored the luggage for me when I checked out of the room."
