"We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Porto Centro. The location is absolutely fantastic, with everything within easy walking distance. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any minor issues we had were resolved immediately and efficiently. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Extremely disappointing experience at Eurostars Porto Centro. I was assigned an accessible room that was not the room configuration I had booked or expected. The bathroom had an open shower with no glass screen, curtain, tub, or other effective barrier to contain the water. After taking a shower, water spread across almost the entire bathroom floor, leaving it completely wet and slippery. I was not warned about this or given any instructions on how the shower was intended to be used without flooding the bathroom. I respectfully asked to be moved to a standard room, but the staff refused to offer an alternative. More concerning was the rude and dismissive way in which my request was handled. To be clear, my complaint is not about the hotel offering accessible accommodation. The problem is that I was assigned a room that did not meet my booking expectations, the bathroom setup caused water to spread across the floor, and the staff made no meaningful effort to address my concerns. This is not the level of room quality or customer service I would expect from a four-star hotel. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it."

"Optimal location for visiting the city. Large and very comfortable triple room, clean and tastefully furnished. Helpful and kind staff. Abundant breakfast. In short, we could not have found a better place to visit Porto."
