"A great choise for couples. Small cozy green ambience and very very pleasant. Good food and nice variable dinner selections ( had 10 days of HB) great saunas and pool never busy or crowded, same at dining room. Very nice staff, highly recommended."

"A wonderful, welcoming, beautiful hotel. The hotel is surrounded by the most marvellous grounds. Stunning plants and trees. The fruit and vegetable gardens are huge. Lots of animals in the grounds who are clearly very loved and well cared for. We had a great welcome at the hotel, where we stayed for 11 nights. The staff are fantastic, helpful, efficient and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was great and was so well looked after during our stay. Spotlessly clean and with everything in it we could want. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and nice. Food was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner daily and there was a large choice of delicious dishes. Some items came from the hotels own vegetable gardens. Again, the staff in the restaurant/bars were brilliant. There was always staff on reception who were helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a wonderful stay at the Enotel Santo da Serra."

"We had an excellent time at this hotel far from the crowds, the rooms are quiet and spacious, the staff, whether at the front desk or the cleaning staff, are smiling and speak English fluently. The restaurant with a buffet for breakfast as well as for dinner is very good. The hotel offers services with a pool, sauna, and steam room, all open until 9 p.m. The premises are very quiet and relaxing. There is a public park with animals nearby for a walk or for children, which is an additional positive point. No matter the time, there is always room for parking. We highly recommend this hotel for visiting this part of the island."
