"My wife & I recently enjoyed a week at this lovely hotel, I would like to thank the staff members who attend the pool area, on the first morning I went down the steps to take a dip in the sea, half way down I slipped fell backwards and smashed my head , arm and shoulder on the concrete step, the staff could not have reacted quicker and got me back on my feet and sorted out my cuts and bruises, a great big thank you to all the staff and management, and we look forward to staying with you again in sept. "I checked the room rates which were 357e with 59e for half board. I checked and booked business flights with BA, went back on website and the rate is now 900e plus for a penthouse plus 90e a night for half board. I go back on this morning and the rate is now 500e plus for a sea view room plus an excessive 90e per night for half board. Leaders still have a room rate of £357. So I emailed the hotel and explained i was having difficulty with the rates could they please send me directly a quote to include half board and a transfer and they haven’t replied. So enough is enough, I shall look for somewhere else."

"Lovely hotel. Rooms are clean, plenty of storage space and comfortable. Staff are really friendly. Pools are nice, and were warm. No issues ever getting a sunbed with umbrella. Breakfast excellent, plenty of choice and all very nice and fresh. I travelled with adult family, will say was majority adults who seemed to be there, not many children if you’re looking for a busy hotel with loads going on hotel this won’t be it. Very calm, quiet lovely relaxed atmosphere."
