White Lisboa

"A nice stay at this hotel. There are pros and cons which I will list below: Pros: Excellent location to the Metro, right outside, which gets you quickly and safely to other parts of the city or other transport links Staff were very friendly Room was very large and clean. Excellent pressure in the shower with a nice bathroom. Use of a fridge is always appreciated. The roof top pool area was lovely- though the pool was freezing despite the temp while we were there for 5 days being 26 every day! Cons: There is no bar for an evening tipple before going to your room. I know they don't advertise one so this is expected but I did miss it. The breakfast was just ok- all the sausages and 'bacon' were chicken/turkey substitutes and to me, weren't pleasant. The scrambled eggs were excellent though! All in all we enjoyed out stay and would opt to use it again if we revisit Lisbon."

"Hotel White Lisboa is our favorite hotel in Lisbon! We've stayed here three times now, which probably says everything. I have to start with the staff first. They all provide excellent customer service. They are truly focused on guests having a wonderful experience at the hotel. Beatriz was always accommodating with our changing schedule and requests. (from having the room cleaned really late in the day, checking in on if we are missing anything, to having the staff spoil us with extra chocolates in the room at night). Rifat was a life saver in SO many ways. Helping with parking issues, changes to our travel schedule, and taking care of unconventional room needs like replacing the mattress in our room) I wish I could remember every single person's name because they went above and beyond every day we were there. Upon, arrival my laptop died. One of the staff members (so sorry I can't remember her name!) Helped me find electronics stores and even helped me shop online for a new laptop. I would stay here again and again based on the staff alone! Now for the hotel itself. The location is extremely convenient for getting around, with easy access to transit, restaurants, and shopping and an beautiful co-working space 1 block away. The rooms are a nice size and very modern. The rooms that face the main street have such classic Lisbon city views. I also love the little touches. Every day they leave chocolates, fruit, and water in the room, which is such a nice surprise to come back to. After staying here three times, I can honestly say this is our home base whenever we're in Lisbon. We always have a great experience and will definitely be back! Tips for your stay here. Wifi is great. There's cheap eats in the area. Google them. The street side is not noisy when your window is closed and the blackout shades work like a charm."

"Lovely hotel right next to the metro. Comfy bed and decent breakfast Only issue we had was upon arrival (at midnight) we were told we had been "upgraded". In the morning, we realised that we'd actually been placed in a smaller room than we had originally booked. Spoke to reception and they did move us to the right room without issue."
