"I am satisfied with the breakfast and the standard of this hotel, and the staff are over all helpful. However, the hotel has a noisy ventilation system. I felt that the staff did not quite grasp the guest's desire for this to be remedied; instead, they offered long, drawn-out explanations and discussions as to why the situation had arisen. The reason for the noise disturbance is of secondary importance; what matters is that it gets fixed to improve the guest's comfort!"

"Not a 4 star but European star system is different to UK. However it was adequate- on the positives..... It's near Salandra metro which is the Airport line so super easy to get to - only 20 mins from airport So really handy getting around Rooms very clean and well presented , staff very nice. Check out noon Breakfast was very reasonable and served to 11am Negatives ..... It's is a bit away from the main action, probaly a 30/40min walk but u can jump on metro and navigate down to it easy. No kettle. There was only a coffee machine ,2 pods supplied 2 tiny coffee cups so we had to buy some normal size cups to have tea and work with the coffee machine. Window was so difficult to open/close Toliet glass door wouldn't close Nosiey - in the mornings from all the road traffic And heard couple next door at it two nights in a row - thankfully they must have checked out the next day !!!!"
