Upon Lisbon Prime Residences

"My wife and I came to Lisbon for the weekend to visit our daughter who is studying languages at university in the city. We chose Upon because it was close to her apartment, what a great decision that turned out to be. We had a great time staying here, it was a terrific hotel, which met all our needs. From arranging our taxi transfer from the airport to a punctual early morning alarm call on the morning of departure, everything was absolutely spot on. The staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Rooms beautifully cleaned every day. Lovely clean, well furnished, modern rooms. Excellent breakfast served from 7 til 11, no need to book, just turn up and pay a very reasonable 13 Euros. Whilst we didn't use the pool, we didn't have time, we checked it out and it looked excellent, maybe next time. Had a stadium view of the Estadio da Luz, Benfica's ground, managed to get tickets for the game on Saturday evening, Benfica won 5-0! The nearest underground station, Alto dos Moinhos, is only a few minutes walk away. Also a very good supermarket, about 100 metres from reception, should you want to make use of the kitchen facilities in the room. Can't fault Upon, would thoroughly recommend, you won't be disappointed. :)"

"Stayed at Upon Prime Residence in Lisbon — not bad, not amazing, just kinda… fine. The rooms are modern and come with a tiny kitchen area, which is super handy if you want to whip up something quick. The shower is ridiculously small, though — like, good luck if you drop your shampoo. Lighting? Terrible. Especially if you’re a girl trying to do makeup. But hey, you’re in Lisbon, so who cares — go outside, you’ll look great in the sunshine anyway. ☀️ Front desk staff? Awesome. Super friendly and helpful. The restaurant service… not so much. Let’s just say, don’t come starving. The location’s okay — stadium right across the street, grocery store nearby, and a big shopping center about a 17-minute walk away. But if you’re planning to explore central Lisbon, you’ll probably want to stay somewhere a little closer in. Overall, it’s clean, comfortable enough, but nothing to write home about. A solid “meh, it’ll do” kind of stay."

"The hotel is only a short taxi journey from airport costing maybe €10 in an uper. Check in was very efficient . We stayed in 2 bed apartment. There was water and pastel de Nata in room on arrival . For breakfast there is eggs , bacon , fruit etc . There is bean to cup coffee machine and the espresso was nice . The hotel is only a few mins from Benfica stadium . We used uper and bolt to get around . There is a rooftop pool which is lovely. There is nice touches in the hotel like slippers in the room, flavoured water at reception , fruit , sweets , biscuits at reception . We found all the staff lovely but big shout out to the lovely women who helped us work the shower and was so helpful and to the lads at breakfast who will had good fun with . We had food one evening and the burgers were top class . You can see the hotel is very well run and have spent money improving the hotel. Overall a great experience and would 100% recommend this hotel . Keep up the good work"
