"Stayed with my sister (we are aged 26 and 20). Good experience, enjoyed staying at this hotel. Pros: - Very clean - Two pillows per bed (big soft pillows) - Safe (free to use) - Wardrobe - Minibar (chargeable) - Thermostat to adjust heating/aircon - Small balcony area/door opens for fresh air - Friendly staff - Can pay for breakfast if you haven’t pre-booked (cold continental buffet with coffee, juice, fruit, pastries, cereal and yoghurt) - Towels changed daily - Comfy beds - Store luggage for you before/after checking in/out - Check out 12:00 - Lifts - Hairdryer - Good shower with free showergel/shampoo and conditioner - Complimentary slippers - 20 minutes to the airport via car depending on traffic Cons: - No plug sockets near the beds, we had to charge phones on the desk which wasn’t ideal for us with alarms - Marks on the main wall, just needs a coat of paint to maintain the high presentation quality of the room - Be wary of the minibar. We didn’t use if and the receptionist tried to charge is for an item. This was easily resolved but just good to be aware of We felt really safe, slept well and genuinely really enjoyed our stay. As two young females, we are very conscious of our surroundings. The street the hotel is on is busy with traffic and passers by, which was fine, but the walk to and from the main city centre area is around 25 minutes. In the day, this is fine, but at night we opted for Ubers as there were lots of dark spots and people wandering around. Just a heads up for safety walking around, but don’t let this put you off a great hotel."

"I had the worst hotel experience in my 68 years. The hotel got my email incorrect despite my writing it out in front of the clerk doing the booking. The result was that I did not receive a booking confirmation. The price quoted and the dates booked were incorrect. This resulted in a two hour argument with the "Manager" who refused to believe me, despite another clerk being present at the time of the original booking. This "manager" then came sheepishly to inform me that they had in fact got my email address incorrect. No apologies, and no refund for the additional charges. I believe that she was protecting staff members and refused to give me head office's email details. I wrote an email complaint and as expected, it was never acknowledged."
