"This hotel is completely unsuitable for the number of guests it can accommodate. The Wi-Fi disconnects all day long, which is not ideal for working. Add eSIMs to your budget if you need to work. They changed our room twice, only for it to be even worse. Finding a sun lounger by the pool is a nightmare. Honestly, this hotel should only cater to families and not to people who just want to have a good time."

"I chose this hotel because of its 4-star rating, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to my expectations. In my opinion, the facilities and services are much closet to those of a 3-star hotel. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, showing very little friendliness or willingness to help, which created a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. The food was acceptable, but the selection was quite limited and lacked variety, especially for a hotel advertised as a 4-star property. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience. The hotel has plenty of room for improvement, particulary in terms of customer service and the overall quality of its offerings. Unfortunately, i don’t feel that the experience justified its 4-stat rating."
