"I loved this hotel. Was only staying one night transiting through, but compared to the two others nearby I’ve stayed at, the rooms are waaaay nicer. I can tell you that arriving after a journey and seeing that beautifully laid out bed was a joy. The bed itself was a little too firm for me but the overstuffed pillows were delightful. The tv also worked perfectly and the shower and everything else were spotless. The front staff were also quite nice and helpful. My new go-to place in Lisboa. Thank you!"

"We were a bit worried after reading some of the reviews but the hotel was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. Location was really good...all very flat and loads of shops restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. One room was missing a fridge which was replaced the same day we queried it. Breakfast boxes were supplied for our early morning departure which were full of lovely goodies. Would definitely recommend."
