"We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The hotel definitely deserves a solid four stars. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you needed. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. the staff is polite and pleasant. We couldn't swim in the pool because the weather was too cool for us. but a nice bonus was that you could take a bath in your room after a long day. The hotel's location is ideal for me because it's a quiet area, with a metro station right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to both the airport and the city center. Nearby, there's a wide variety of restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and a shopping center. I highly recommend this hotel, the price and quality are excellent."

"A nice hotel but too far out of the main town attractions ( 45 minutes walk walk) Breakfast is good and pool area is also good - although not enough space for guests and fills quickly. The metro is easy to use and less than 10 minutes walk. Didn’t find a lot of restaurants nearby however there is a large El Cortes Inglés dept store 5 mins away with a large food court Downside is only one plug point in room. You get coffee and tea for the first day then you pay after that . No kettle in room only a coffee machine ."

"No idea why this is only a 3star hotel. It came as a very pleasant surprise. Spotlessly clean. Large room with good aircon and the metro right outside so you can be whisked straight into the centre. There is a lovely little pool on the roof so you can catch the sun and chill after a hot day in the city. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just amazing, everything you could wish for fresh and nicely cooked. The only negative is if you have food allergies. There is a separate area for gluten and dairy free, but for all the other foods, although there are tongs so the food isn’t touched by fingers, the tongs are used interchangeably so the potential for cross contamination is high. Staff being as helpful as they are I’m sure they’d work around that for anyone. Overall highly recommend and we’d stay again."
