"The staff were excellent, always helpful, polite,friendly and professional. I should have done more research while looking for hotels, I was mainly looking for something affordable, and this hotel fitted the bill. The location is mainly residential, and very close to the airport. The actual hotel is beginning to look very dated, and could do with a makeover, although it is kept spotlessly clean. Because it is near the airport, it can be very noisy. I was surprised to learn that I had to pay extra to have tea and coffee in my room. Unfortunately, the food in the hotel left something to be desired. The restaurant was ok, but just ok, but I thought it was very expensive. The breakfast buffet was awful, particularly the cooked breakfast. I couldn't eat the bacon, it was horrible. The scrambled eggs were cold every morning, regardless of what time you arrived. The continental selection looked very unappetising, plastic ham and cheese and various fruit which I didn't try. All in all, the hotel was let down by the quality of the breakfast and dinner available. A shame really, as the staff worked extremely hard to help you enjoy your stay."

"Price is right here. Seems centrally located. Many restaurants and green line train station is right out front. AC works well. Bed is extremely firm, just how I like it. Recommended!"
