Ramada by Wyndham Lisbon

"Only stayed 2 nights as part of a coach trip. As a solo within that group I was given a lovely and large double room on the 17th floor with a great view, a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, though the advice given about hop on and off buses wasn't the best - bought ticket from reception but found ourselves limited to only 1 company when there were lots to choose from in the centre with no queues. Buffet style dinner was good though not a huge choice and very similar on both nights. Buffet breakfast was good and included hot food. There is more than 1 dining room and I suspect we were allocated one, and a time, for coach parties so it got very busy."

"I spent 2 nights at this hotel. There are no positive things to write. Rooms are worn out and not maintained. The whole vibe is that hotel is stuck in the 90s. I was dissappointed by the amenities. In the bathroom there is no vanity kit or shower gel. Breakfast is also bad. Eggs tasted like dust. Not a lot of food to choose from. My recommendation - please do look elsewhere."

"Good location and staff did well mattresses were worn out and pillows were lumpy air con too noisy to use. Breakfast was uninspiring and the evening meals were mostly frozen food with rice or pasta deserts could have added fresh fruit or cheese something with a bit of goodness"
