"Stayed 4 days and we are sorry to leave. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and beds very comfortable. Ideally located for access to the metro and city centre attractions. Staff discovered it was my Birthday and left a gift and card in our room. Thank you."

"An excellent second stay at this hotel. Great location for shopping and restaurants. It’s a walkable distance to the river. The hotel has pretty Art Deco style with beautiful mirrors. My only negative comment is that the room next to ours didn’t have a “ soft” close door which resulted in extremely loud bangs when closed. Looking forward to our next visit."

"Our family had an amazing stay at the Pestana Lisboa Vintage. Even though we arrived late at night after a long day of travel, everything was ready for us and we immediately felt welcomed. Patrícia at the front desk deserves a special mention for her warmth and attention to detail. She made sure our daughter was comfortable and added small, thoughtful touches that truly made a difference for us. Throughout our stay, the staff showed the same level of care, and it really set the tone for a memorable trip. The hotel is comfortable, beautifully located, and full of character, but what stood out most was the hospitality. We’re leaving with wonderful memories and would gladly return. Highly recommend!"
