Rui P. welcomed us with grace, providing all the essentials for a smooth and comfortable stay. Our initial room was lovely, but we noticed a few minor issues and requested assistance. Within five minutes, someone was at our door — a response time that speaks volumes. What followed was a gesture that truly elevated our experience: Mariana R., the Guest Relations Manager, offered to move us to another room. We expected a lateral transfer, but instead, she upgraded us to a suite. When I asked about the cost, she replied with words I won’t forget: “It’s not about the money, but your experience and comfort.” That ethos — prioritizing the guest’s well-being over transactional details — was reflected in every interaction. Mariana R., Rui P., Andre G., and Iara each played a role in making our stay exceptional. Their teamwork, warmth, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and sincere. Our daily breakfasts at NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade were a true pleasure, thanks to the outstanding team of Rui C., Paola C., and Sandra. Warm, friendly, and effortlessly efficient, they made sure each morning began with comfort and care. The buffet offered a delicious variety, and I especially loved the chorizo. When I mentioned it to Rui and Paola, they remembered — and even offered to bring it out on days it wasn’t on display. I once asked for rice, and they graciously said yes. Their willingness to accommodate requests, always within reason, was genuinely impressive and deeply appreciated. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal. Rui, Paola, and Sandra turned breakfast into a daily highlight — a perfect start to our Lisbon adventures. Highly recommended for anyone who values great food and exceptional hospitality. NH Collection Liberdade Lisboa has set a standard so high that our next NH Collection experience felt... different. Not lesser, but a reminder that what we experienced in Lisbon was something rare."

"We enjoyed our recent short stay NH Collection Lisboa. The building, at one time, was part of a convent next to the famous church next door. The location is ideal. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to take advantage of gym or visit the roof, but too much fun was going on in the downstairs bar, and I would have to partially blame the bartenders for that. Our room was a little on the cozy side but you might expect that; the nuns didn't have spacious rooms either. Truly a world class hotel in a great city."
