"Fantastic location, easy access to multiple transport options - tram stop on the corner, taxi rank, metro station and bus stop across the road. Staff were friendly. Room was great, good size and great views. Very clean throughout and good AC and wifi. Given the location we were worried about noise levels but once doors and shutters were closed we barely heard any noise."

"The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the metro, trams and trains making it an excellent base to explore the city. There is also a taxi stand opposite the hotel so it is easy to catch a ride to the airport too. We found the staff very nice and welcoming and the hotel pleasant, clean and well maintained. Our room was rather compact, as shown in other travelers pictures, but it did not bother us too much since we were only staying for a few days and were out visiting most of the time. The AC was fine and there was no noise from outside or other guests. The bed was very comfortable, with good linen, and the housekeeping did an excellent job. Everything was kept clean and tidy. There are also lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for its great location, its friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and good value, despite its small rooms."

"Great location. Nice restaurant and tasty food. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are TINY - had to shuffle around the edge of the bed. Bathroom also tiny. Couldn't sit straight on the toilet as knees touched the wall! I know they are old buildings and not designed as a hotel, but for the money paid I expected better. Also the bed headboard covering was worn through on one side - I've never seen that before in a hotel. If it wasn't for the location I would say this hotel is only Average."
