Martinhal Lisbon Chiado

"I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, and none has ever felt as personal or had the same level of attention to detail as this one. Traveling with kids can be tough, but this hotel makes it incredibly easy. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, which made staying here feel especially fun for them. The apartment was also so thoughtfully equipped for families, with a high chair, potty, toilet training seat, and even slippers for both the kids and adults. Having a washer and dryer was an absolute lifesaver. When we arrived, there were even gifts waiting for the kids. The kids club was AMAZING and incredibly accommodating. I especially loved that it was included at no additional cost and stayed open late, until 11 p.m.—such a huge convenience when traveling with children. The entire staff was so warm and friendly. Bruno, the manager, is wonderful—so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Whatever we needed was addressed immediately, and by the end of our stay, I really felt like the staff knew us personally. The location was perfect as well—right in the middle of everything. Pink Street is just a few minutes away on foot, and Time Out Market and so many fantastic restaurants are within easy walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to come back."

"There’s a lot of greatness here! First of all, the staff is beyond amazing, very friendly, accommodating, polite, extremely helpful. The service is just top notch. We arrived at 11am and we were immediately checked into our room with no wait time. The moment we walked into our room, we fell in love. The kids were super excited they had their space with the bunk bed. It was a very beautiful space. They also had complementary snacks, fruits and drinks for us which was nice. They’ve also got a kids club which my daughters loved. The surrounding area also has lots of fun stuff to do filled with restaurants, shops, nightlife, river nearby, etc. I usually love staying in hotels and was hesitant to reserve this luxury apartment. However, after reading the reviews which was mostly positive, i decided to make the booking and we are very happy we made that decision. The pros here far outweigh any hotel we would have stayed in. No cons to report with this place. We will come back here and i will highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Lisbon. It’s been an amazingly wonderful experience. Thanks to all the staff here who helped make our experience a memorable one. We are deeply grateful ❤️🙏🏾"

"We stayed here as our home base in Lisbon as we toured the city and made our way to Cascais and Lagos. I could not speak more highly of the accommodations, the wonderful staff, the location, being able to wash our clothes. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful! I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in Lisbon"
