"Excellent location, gracious service, and yummy breakfast. Our room was spacious and had a kitchen as well as an outdoor patio with seating and a table. The staff was friendly and kind. Loved the pool area. Well located and an easy walk to local restaurants, bars and cafes that felt not-touristy and very authentic. Great value."

"It was a difficult decision on whether to give this 3 or 4 stars so if I could, would have given 3.5. In terms of the basics, it's all there. Comfortable beds, decent rooms, good shower, even has a pool and the location is perfect to access the main sites of Lisbon. Parking is also free. Bus and metro round the corner. However, what drops is down is that it is very badly dated. I felt I had taken a step back into the 90s. furniture is old and tired and the whole place could really do with a refurb. Breakfast was average but there is a McDonalds literally over the road. Main complaint was lack of good wifi. Even in the main lobby, coverage was average and in the rooms, next to nothing. For most, probably wouldn't be an issue but as we use the internet to plan our days using tripadvisor, book tickets and travel, we expect the internet to be decent. In the time we were there, we complained about it every day and the issues wasn't resolved at all."

"The hotel as a convenient position between two metro lines, just 5 minutes and 9 minutes away, making it extremely easy to explore the city. The staff is really professional and kind. The hotel has a private parking lot, but be aware that the entrance is quite narrow. We appreciated the swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a good variety, providing a satisfying start to the day. The rooms are clean and designed as full apartments, complete with a kitchen and a separate living room, which allows you to have extra space for relax or an extra room for the kids. Note that both bedroom and the living-room has independent air conditioning. However, the decor felt a bit old-fashioned (especially the bathroom where you can witness the signs of time), which might not appeal to everyone. Our room was facing the street and was very noisy especially during the night when tourists pulled their trolleys on the classic Portuguese marque-styled pavement."
