"Check in was smooth & friendly, hotel clean and modern functional bar / food area which is 24 hours. Breakfast was great, enough choice and quality was good. Hotel in business area - handy for airport / metro & Ubers are reliable and cheap to get you to the touristy areas. The only issue for us was the noise, there were a group of youngsters staying at the hotel (probably living their best life, no parents etc) not sure if it was an organised trip but unfortunately they were very noisy a lot coming and going in the corridors, doors slamming which led to a very disturbed night sleep. Which is a shame as everything else was more than adequate. Rooms are small but more than enough for a couple of nights stay and very clean and smelt so nice up entry."

"The Ibis José Malhoa hotel has a fantastic location for passengers like us who often travel to Lisbon on business trips. It is far enough from the main tourist areas to avoid the crowds, yet close enough to take the metro and reach the city center in 10 minutes. The room is adequate considering the price. If the prices were more reasonable, our overall impression would be even better. In general, the hotel is comfortable, and we love its location for avoiding the crowds. The staff is very nice and courteous. All our requests were promptly attended to, and nothing went unattended. We would return if the price is proportional to the services and category of the hotel, especially considering it is an Ibis brand and a low-cost option from ACCOR."

"This was a lovely hotel, cosy and clean room, tasty breakfast. Brilliant location as a 10 minute walk away from one of the main train stations, and very close to the blue metro line which takes you directly into the city."
