"We traveled Spain and Portugal for 2 weeks. This hotel was by far our favorite. How refreshing to find staff who truly enjoy what they do and it shows in exceptional care for the guests. We have already told many people, “This is the ONLY place to stay while in Lisbon.” The location is perfect and walkable to incredible shopping and amazing restaurants. The bedding was so comfortable, especially the pillows. The food at the breakfast buffet, which includes champagne daily was fantastic. We can’t wait to return."

"Great location on a quiet safe street close to many of Lisbon’s sights, activities and good restaurants. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to enjoy. The building was lovely. Our room was very nice for the 2 of us. Breakfast was more than fine. The staff were excellent and always helpful."

"We stayed twice in a week at this hotel first in room 62 and than 64. We were glad we picked it. The staff are amazing friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious for a city hotel. The hotel has amazing history and charm. The breakfasts were enjoyable. My only critic at breakfast is that I like crisp bacon and the bacon was far from crisp. My girlfriend is gluten free and she had many options. I wish you can order an omelet but they only have scrambled eggs. There mini chocolate muffins were amazing. The shower has great water pressure. My only critic of the bathroom, the Shower Tub is very high so can be hard to get in and out of. A step by the tub could be helpful. If I come back to Lisbon would come back here for sure. They had a nice touch since we returned and they had left us flowers and a bottle of champagne for returning. Great hotel find."
