"We had a stress free stay in this clean and well located Lisbon hotel. The thing that stood out the most about this hotel was the gentleman on reception who was extremely welcoming and professional. Obrigado Gonçalo."

"A refurbished older small room hotel with a great breakfast and staff (Marta in particular) who did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and very helpful with tourist information. Close to major shopping and hop on off City Sightseeing Lisboa bus (3) routes. TV and fridge in the room. Narrow single beds good supply of hot water in a modern shower only bath. AC worked well."

"Slightly disappointing stay, although there were positives too! Reception staff were friendly and helpful, including storing our luggage due to both our early arrival and late departure. We had booked a double room but were given a twin - we were too tired to complain by the time we checked in, not helped by the fact that the telephone in the room was not working (the cable was lying on the floor)! The bathroom door took a shoulder charge to open or close it, there was no plug for the bath and the plug in the wash hand basin didn’t stop the water from going down the drain. On the positive side the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was limited, especially with hot food (and on the first morning it could not even have been described as lukewarm). Nice location beside a lovely park, but absolutely no soundproofing in the room."
