"Great location although a little hilly to walk to, but only 6€ for a taxi down to the square. Rooftop pool and restaurant was very nice. Our breakfast was included and it was very good with a lot of options. Bar and restaurant at night were reasonable. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond from the front desk to the doormen to the wait staff. Would definitely stay here again should we travel to Lisbon again."

"We stayed at the Epic Sana hotel for a long-weekend and had an excellent stay overall. Location: The hotel is located out of the main city centre which invites a slightly calmer surrounding, while remaining a 20-30 minute walk away from major tourist attractions. The outside area of the hotel itself sits on a main road. Room: We stayed in a junior suite and overall found the room to be great, the room itself was well cleaned and mainted as such during our stay, the bath was excellent as was the water pressure in the shower (although the glass doors to open them are a tad clunkly meaning they easily bang in to the shower itself). The bed was large, and comfortable (as someone who prefers a somewhat firmer bed), the air-conditioning was excellent and a welcome relief in the hot weather. The only minor drawbacks included some small wear and tear in areas such as dents/scuff marks on the wall, the automatic curtains not always closing properly, and the TV cutting out quite often. Staff: Nothing bad to say in this regard at all, from breakfest to the evening bar staff everyone was courteus and helpful, despite the size of the venue you can clearly see staff making an effort to deliver a personal service to all. Overall this would easily achieve a 9/10, sadly we did not have time to utilise all the facilities such as the spa or gym, but would happily return to this hotel."
