"The room was not comfortable. The Wi-Fi was not working, the breakfast did not meet expectations, and the shower had no hot water. I was not satisfied with my stay."

He can't see people from any country, many rices Even then, if you have to come to a hotel, you should come with a lot of thought. I draw the attention of the hotel owner. I would like to draw the attention of the hotel owner to the fact that you should keep an eye on the manager."

"I recently stayed on the 12th and 13th November in one room and then had to be moved to another regarding bedbugs. Day 1 I started feeling being bitten in night at 12 and informed you immediately but they said they had no spare rooms. I tried to get back to sleep but kept feeling them and catching them on me. I therefore didn't sleep last night. Your receptionist said they could move me to another room today but will not organise or pay for my clothes and bag to be cleaned in case it's spread to my items and will not refund me directly for the room and said I need to contact booking.com. Day 2 I also wanted to give a further update to the situation as well as add to the original complaint. For the second night, the hotel did change our rooms to another floor and moved to us to a bigger room; from a double to a triple. They unfortunately didn't offer to pay for our laundry fees and weren't helpful in supporting with this. Their attitude to changing us an showing any sort of apology was neither felt or said and an attitude which was 'well this happens' rather than being apologetic! The triple they moved us to was bigger in size but unfortunately walking into the room, we were met with a strong smell of mold and was stronger near the pillows. We didn't complain as it was already a hard slog to get us to this point so instead inspected the room and didn't find any apparent evidence of bedbugs. We enjoyed what was to be our last night in Lisbon before coming back to sleep at 10pm. We were woken up by the feeling of something crawling on us and yet again we saw that we had bedbugs. During the night, we killed over 40 bugs, most of which were on the bed but there were some in the bathroom and also walls; they varied in size. As it was a struggle to get an appropriate resolution with the night receptionist, we opted to leave early to catch our flight back to London. I can say that from 10pm to 5am, neither one of us had more than 2 hours sleep. It came to a point that either one of us was standing in the bathtub or perched on a chair as the bed was that covered! We couldn't stay in the room any longer and at 5am we moved down the to reception chairs as we decided that cramped and uncomfortable chair would be a sight better than sitting in a room infested with bedbugs. Obviously, it wasn't a comfortable rest and we weren't asked by reception about why we were downstairs and if we were ok. When we checked out, the night receptionist felt more sympathetic to our plight but could do nothing about it. We left as you can understand feeling deflated and exhausted. Having ended our wonderful two weeks holiday in Portugal with having to come home to deep clean all of our belongings and worried about the fear that we might have brought some back to our house and family is disappointing and worrying. We have also had to seek medical treatment and buy medication due the scale of our bites and them potentially being infected. We were refunded for both nights but it was a struggle to get this sorted. I would avoid this place like the plague! I'd give this a zero if I was allowed"
