"Great stay. The room was clean and the kitchen well stocked except for the scratched pan. I would bring your own is possible. The staff was the real highlight of the hotel. We felt so welcomed by them which made our stay. I wasn’t a fan of the food at dinner but breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety of food. Staff to mention : Jocelyn - she went out of her way to make sure I had gluten free bread and muffins every morning. I could see how busy she was but she was undeterred in making sure everyone was comfortable Also thanks to Andre for his care and attention for our stay. He made sure to mention our anniversary and even prepared a gift. Also thanks to Rita for her kindness and detailed information at the front desk."

"We stayed as a family of four in a one-bedroom apartment. The room was good, with a spacious balcony and a nice view over the golf course. The hotel has a lot of potential for families, and the gym was one of the highlights — very well equipped and much better than expected. Breakfast was busy, but there was a good variety of food, so no complaints there. There were a few things that could be improved. The bathroom supplies were not really enough for four people, especially the toilet paper. This is a small thing, but it makes a difference when the room is booked for a family. The main issue was the indoor pool. It was extremely crowded, with too many people using it at the same time. Some guests were jumping into the pool, which made it feel chaotic rather than relaxing. I think the hotel should limit the number of people using the pool or introduce a time-slot booking system. Another serious issue was the female changing room. On several occasions, I saw men entering the female changing area with their wives. My teenage daughter and I were changing and showering, so this made us feel very uncomfortable. The hotel should make the rules much clearer and ensure guests understand that men should not enter the female changing room. We would still consider returning, as the hotel has many good points, but the indoor pool management and changing room privacy really need to be addressed."
