"We had a wonderful 3 night stay and we were not disappointed with anything during our stay. This was our first trip to Lisbon we found the location perfect, close to the places we wanted to visit or with nearby transport options for those further afield.
The amenities in the hotel are fantastic, the rooms well set out with all the extras you need such as hairdryer, robes, straighteners (hair iron) etc. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch and restocked each day with a selection of soft drinks and 2 beers, the coffee machine pods are also restocked daily. Each floor has jars of treats near the elevator along with the lobby having plenty of complimentary treats, drinks and snacks.
Breakfast at the hotel was a treat each day with a selection of breads, pastries, meats and cheese served as soon as you arrive, coffee and daily juice selections then a menu for your made to order option. A great start to the day. The hotel also has a restaurant which we enjoyed on our first evening and bar where we enjoyed the drinks from the cocktail menu all expertly made, not your standard cocktail menu. Drinks also came with selection of nuts which was a nice surprise.
Where this hotel stands out is the extras, many reviews state the free walking tours and tasting sessions. As someone new to Lisbon the walking tour was perfect and took the stress out of finding our own way around. Our guide was fantastic, so knowledgeable and clearly she was very proud to be able to show off her city and give us the insider information. Whilst there we also managed to enjoy a cocktail and canapé session in the lobby where fee cocktail of the day is served and we booked onto the pastel de nata tasting which was amazing, again all complimentary.
Finally the staff are fantastic and all we encountered were welcoming and happy to help with any enquiries. Don’t hesitate book this hotel, you wont regret it."
