"The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the metro, and the rooms are clean and decent. Unfortunately, the service from the staff was disappointing and left a very negative impression. We booked four rooms for a family celebration, and one of the mornings was especially important as it was both my mother’s 60th birthday and my nephew’s 8th birthday. We requested to have the breakfast tables joined so we could all sit together, which was entirely possible without disturbing other guests or blocking space. However, the restaurant manager and hotel manager refused, insisting we remain seated separately. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the restaurant manager, who was not only unhelpful but also rude. She made dismissive noises when passing by us, as if she wanted us to leave, despite us always being polite and respectful throughout. This lack of flexibility and poor attitude ruined what should have been a special family moment. For a hotel that markets itself on hospitality, it is very disappointing that such a simple request could not be accommodated. Unless the management addresses these service issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and customer-focused experience."

"Modern hotel by Picoas metro. Room was clean and spacious, with AC and a tea kettle. But it took 10 min for the shower water to get warm. And the shower soap dispenser pump didn't work. The breakfast buffet had reasonable variety but the orange and pineapple juices were mainly colored, flavorless water. This experience was below expectations."

"Absolutely astonishing! The staff were friendly and kind such as Malam. They speak a range of languages which is great( French, English, Portuguese). The rooms were fresh and clean as well they were spotless. The breakfast was a mix of everything. Also very close to the city centre shops about 10 minutes on Uber/bolt. This place should be five stars!"
