Altis Grand Hotel

"This is the first time I've stayed in an Altis hotel and we had a great experience. David from guest services really helped make our stay even better with excellent activity and restaurant recommendations, tailored to what we like. The rooms were clean, bright, well-equipped and spacious. The whole hotel had a feeling of elegance. We arrived to a Jazz pianist playing, and a welcome treat, which made us feel valued and relaxed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied to a good standard. Christian, one of the wait staff really looked after us as well. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I would choose to stay at Altis Grand Hotel again."

"Family friendly hotel with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. Location is great for exploring the main tourist sites in Lisbon, with easy access to the Metro system. We stayed as a family (one adult and two children) for three nights. We used the pool, one of the restaurants, the roof top bar and the breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay here again."

"My company recently held a 3 day meeting here in May. The venue was fantastic. The front desk was very easy to deal with an accommodating for all attendees. I can't say enough about the event staff. Working with Claudia and Raquel is a must. They met with us weekly before the event to plan all details. Additionally, they were able to assist in recommending evening restaurants as well as securing and arranging all of our transportation details for the week for our group of 150. Onsite their execution was flawless. Whatever we needed was delivered in a timely manner and they were constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was running properly. The rooms were also very nice and clean and the view of the city from our upstairs meeting space was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and this great team!"
