"Overall excellent and would highly recommend. Lots of surprise free extras, such as FREE VALET &Free PARKING, free drink per guest in hotel bar, complimentary pastel de natas/waters/sparkling wine in reception every day, bottled water placed in car. Rooms are beautiful as is hotel. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Two areas for improvement: pillows are very poor and it is a shame that the hotel let's itself down on this easy to solve problem, and, not enough tables available for breakfast during peak times 9-10.30 meaning long waiting times or inability for families/groups to sit together. Sort out these 2 small issues and this would be one of top hotels in Lisbon. Location is excellent."

"Hotel was a great choice. It's very upscale. The staff is great. The restaurant and bar are top notch. The location is also perfect as it is in the heart of the shopping district and the Metro station is right across the street."

"Honestly not the best? First, service: - Generally nice people. Just unfamiliar with the hotel system so check-in took quite long. - Provided hot towels in check-in. Except, the hot towels were... cold - Provided pastels de nata as a check-in snack. Just mid but it's ok, I'll take it. Nice complimentary drinks. Second, room: - Just like most Portuguese buildings, the balcony is lowkey unnecessary and has moss - There are two TVs in the room. One did not work. Both TVs are controlled by one remote, so sometimes you turn on the wrong TV... - The toilet is partially see-through? Like you can see what people are doing in the toilet through the shadow which is quite weird - The room is generally very very humid? There is a weird layer of liquid/water on the ground, which affected cleanliness. Third, location is decent. Located on Ave de Liberdade, so close to lots of other tourist attractions (walking distance) and train stations."
