"Absolutely disgraceful. Room smelled of damp. Sheets had stains. Girl in restaurant was so rude and man in reception wasn't much better either. Told him my concerns and he wanted 130 euro to move told him NO that we had paid enough and thank God we were only there for 4 days."

"Room is spacious, beds comfortable and kitchen has everything that you need., inc kettle, toaster, fridge and small freezer.. and mugs if you prefer a large cuppa! Yes, some of the decor is tired but we found everything to be clean. Shower over bath has a curtain which I find unpleasant, but it was clean. No extractor in bathroom. Good lighting, and mirrors where needed, hairdryer was ok too. Balcony has chairs and sun beds, but we didn’t get sun on balcony as we were behind a big tree ( studio 7017) so didn’t get to take advantage of lounging there, We visited towards end of season and have never stayed anywhere sooooo quiet! Pools were too cold at this time of year and some sunbeds need to be replaced It’s a good 20 mins walk to marina, once you find best routes down the hill to where you need to be. Uber back up hill approx 4 euros, defo worth it! Pathways in the complex are in need of repair in some places, certainly a trip hazard in places, and not easy for transporting your luggage , We found what we needed in Vilamoura for a short break and found food and drink to be reasonably priced, if choosing places off the main marina. Take a walk into Quarteira, a nice promenade and a fab bubble tea cafe amongst other places to browse. We wouldn’t stay again, mostly due to location, but for a quiet, comfortable stay, you would get what you need here,"

"An overall perfect experience. Starting with the amazing service from Luis (front desk) who was super friendly helpful and genuinely caring throughout. The apartment was spacious and exceeded expectations. It was cleaned everyday and bedding was replaced daily too. We took advantage of the half board, the food had a good variety however the staff were also attentive, friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend."
