Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort and Spa

"Booked this hotel for my daughter and her partner. We have stayed here so many times as a family since the hotel opened. My daughter was so excited to revisit. On arrival she was rewarded with an amazing room upgrade. The room was beyond stunning, she actually cried in the video she sent me they were so happy. Everyone in the hotel was so welcoming to them. The perfect stay. Thank you so all the staff at this wonderful hotel for looking after us all over the years."

"Hilton Villamoura was stand out fabulous. It’s immaculate clean. The rooms are airy and the AC was brilliant. Breakfast was excellent - the egg station was the best I’ve seen with the nicest chef . It’s a wonderful experience where you will get plenty of rest and relaxation. We will definitely return."

"We were very pleased to be upgraded to an apartment, which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotless and well maintained, with a good, modern kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a full-size fridge. The view over the golf course was also fantastic. The only minor issue was that the water pressure was not particularly strong, and it took a little while for the water to heat up. However, I understand this is a large resort in a relatively older building, so it was not a major concern. One thing that I feel has a negative impact on the overall guest experience is the strict policy of providing only one towel per guest for the pool loungers. The towel is not large enough to cover the entire lounger, meaning that either your head or your feet have to rest directly on the cushion. Unfortunately, most of the cushions had visible water marks and dirt, which was not particularly pleasant. Perhaps the management could consider providing larger pool towels or cleaning the lounger cushions more frequently. This would make the pool experience much more comfortable and enjoyable for guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the apartment upgrade."
