Crowne Plaza Vilamoura Algarve

"We had a great holiday, staff were friendly, rooms are nice & big, lovely pool area & the breakfast is great with so much choice. It's a great location right on the beach & marina & easy to get out & about to places like Faro, Albufeira, Loule etc as Uber taxis are so cheap. Its a shame the hotel feel the need to charge €14 every time you want to use the indoor pool which we've never experienced before in addition to charges to play pool & table tennis. Nice stay shame about the extras!"

"Lovely hotel but there was a large conference ongoing during our stay which made it a bit busy at certain times. One odd guy in particular from the group was constantly necking pints of Guinness and shouting stuff about Mr. Uno and Davidsons while wearing an odd textured tee shirt."

"This was our third time to stay at the Crowne Plaza and it continues to keep up high standards. The breakfast is amazing and we loved to spend an hour there over 3 or 4 courses. The breakfast room is large and airy with plenty of space despite the large numbers of guests. The staff are excellent and buzz around all the time clearing tables and replenishing supplies. The staff at the Seafront bar and restaurant are also excellent for daytime drinks, lunch and snacks. The location is excellent - a 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the marina. 10 minutes in the other direction takes you to the Quarteira promenade where there are lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. The only complaint we have is that our shower was not walk in but climb into a bath variety. On previous stays we had walk in showers so just assumed all rooms were the same."
