"My wife and I stayed at Octant Vila Monte for 9 nights in May. In recent years we’ve been fortunate to stay in some great hotels internationally and I have to say we found Vila Monte to be up there with the best. Without doubt it is the staff that makes this hotel outstanding. All without exception are friendly and welcoming. From a cheery 'Bom Dia' with the grounds or housekeeping staff in the morning (the gardens are beautiful and relaxing) to the A-Terra Restaurant Crew who were unfailingly delightful and engaging. We must also mention the Bar Staff and Sommelier who made some great cocktails and took the time to talk us through the hotel’s excellent range of Portugese Wines. The food in the restaurant was first class. We found the hotel’s location a couple of miles south of the main A22 great for getting around by hire car and relatively close to the waterfronts at Olhao and Tavira, which we particularly enjoyed. Faro and Vilamoura are both around a 30-minute drive away but, as you’d expect, more touristy. So, a really enjoyable authentic Portugese holiday made special by all of the Octant Vila Monte crew. Keep it up team, you’re doing great."

"We had a wonderful stay at Octanta Villas and cannot say enough about the incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to the team for their amazing help when I arrived back at the hotel after a day of sightseeing with a sprained ankle. They stepped in immediately to assist me, showing genuine care and helpfulness that truly saved my holiday. While there was some minor noise due to ongoing renovations, it was handled professionally and didn’t truly interfere with our relaxation. The quality of service and the kindness of the staff more than made up for it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a personal touch and top-tier service!"
