"We arrived here late notice on Friday after our flight was cancelled. This is the hotel our airline picked for us. The staff on reception were very helpful and polite. The bar staff were very nice. Daniel in particular was very friendly and made lovely drinks. Rooms were clean but basic. Very spacious with a small balcony. Food was served till 9.30 buffet style and was decent. We didn’t get to try breakfast as we had to leave early for our flight home. Pool looked lovely when we arrived with sun beds and tables around it. Thanks for a pleasant stay and making what started out as a stressful day that bit less stressful."

"We stayed here from 2nd to 9th July 2026. At check-in, the room upgrade became a negotiation, and we eventually felt we had no choice but to pay for the upgraded room we were offered. Unfortunately, we were placed in Room 226, where we experienced a severe ant infestation. We have videos showing ants crawling into our child's bed while he was sleeping. Despite reporting the problem several times, we remained in the same room for four nights before finally being moved. After housekeeping serviced our room, we also found suspicious stains on the bed sheets that raised serious hygiene concerns. Travelling with a young child, this was extremely stressful. We repeatedly asked to speak with the hotel manager but were never given the opportunity. We have photographs, videos and receipts documenting our experience and have submitted a formal complaint. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children."

"We stayed for 2 nights as it was near to a friends wedding venue. This is a good 3 star hotel and I feel some of the oyher reviews for this hotel are unfair and unjustified. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. We had a small terrace outside with a table and a couple of chairs. The pool area was generally nice and there was plenty of shade under the umbrellas and up on the grassy area behind. The outdoor furniture was basic but generally comfortable. Breakfast is included, which makes this accommodation good value for money. The breakfast is basic but does provide hot and cold options. There is also a coffee machine. Our advice is to have breakfast as early as possible as there was more choice and the food was fresher. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but there were plenty of options around 5 minutes drive away. The majority the staff were friendly and helpful. Improvements: - some of the sunbeds could do with replacing (lots are warped in the middle which can make it difficult to get up and down from them) - pine needles need to be cleared more regularly from the pool - if breakfast could be extended to 10.30 or 11am at weekends, a 10am finish feels quite early."
