"We surprised the children and the experience exceeded expectations. They loved the stay, especially the heated indoor pool, from which they practically didn't want to leave. Access to the water park was, without a doubt, the icing on the cake and one of the highlights of the visit. We opted for the half-board plan and the meals were very much liked by the children, which made the experience even more comfortable for the whole family. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped for families, and the common areas are cozy and pleasant. As suggestions for improvement, it would be very positive to provide free water in the rooms. We also consider that the towel loan system could be simplified by using cards instead of cash deposits. Finally, providing robes in the rooms would be a plus, especially because access to the water park involves walking some distance outside, which can be less comfortable, especially on colder days. Overall, it was an excellent family experience and a place we recommend for those traveling with children."
