Your property and the team you manage shines 5 stars. I enjoyed our time together to build our relationship. I wanted to share more this time. Everyone continues to make me feel so welcomed. Feeling appreciated and valued as a guest everywhere here. I consider you all now a part of my international family. I have traveled the world and understand what hospitality should be and you and your team are incredible. Specific people that made my stay exceptional as always: Front desk Ana Teresa and Vausto are always welcoming, supportive of anything I may need to ensure a positive experience from the moment I checked in and throughout my stay. Thank You! The breakfast crew AMAZING started my day and nourished me every morning to get me started sometimes I would be the 1st person at 7am when Esther opened the door. The preparation and cooking from Elia, Okasana, Greto. Very Flavorful and lots of options for all guests. Great music playing in the background within this friendly and clean environment. The bar/restaurant crew smiling and supportive for lunches, dinners, and drinks. Fabio, Lucas, Dilien , Camila, Alfonso constantly as busy as they were always there for me with a smile and ready to take my order. Behind the scenes were Fernanda, Bruna, Vanessa not to be unnoticed as they were delivering pure deliciousness. I miss that Portuguese steak sandwich! The menu offers lots of options and is very flavorful. The inside lounge area has comfortable seating with tables, pool table, darts and a TV screen. The housekeeper besides room maintenance Veronica constantly brought me warm smiles everyday and provided the soaps and towels to ensure I was fresh and clean all the time. The pool is still glorious as mentioned last year! This time Goncalo Rosa would bring the finest Portuguese guitar of unique sounds to dance and chill. Don’t forget to book your massage with Maria. She is very talented and will take great care of your muscles, aches, or areas of tension to make you feel relaxed. I learned this time they even offer an open air cinema for movies to enjoy. I did not experience this as there’s a specific schedule and my visit was just afterwards. Hopefully next time. Whatever you need they will figure it out and make it happen. "We absolutely loved our week at this hotel. Was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews before we came but we honestly couldn't fault our stay. Yes the rooms are a little old fashioned but I think that adds to the charm of it. Our room was spotlessly clean. The lady that cleaned our room 305 was so lovely always happy and smiley. We had a lovely side sea view was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. We fell in love with a beautiful black dog living in the house opposite loved watching him/her enjoying life. I've seen a few negatives about the free breakfast but we honestly really enjoyed it. There was plenty of choice. Really loved the raisin swirly pastries and the coffee from the machine was the best machine coffee I've ever tasted! The hotel itself is in a perfect location literally a 5 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants but lovely and quiet. We are missing our wonderful holiday so much but hopefully we will be back soon!"

"Fantastic stay, staff are so warm and friendly. All the facilities where immaculate. Cocktails and food at the bar are very reasonably priced and very nice. Only thing i would say to improve in maybe include a kettle in the room so you can make tea and coffee. The location is fantastic, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, bars and shops. On Sunday the had live music pool side which gave a very relaxing atmosphere. We had a pool and sea view room and even though it over looked the busiest part of the hotel our room was very quite and we had no disruptions. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking another stay here. ."
