Villa Marazul

"Spent 12 lovely days in this clean, quiet apartment within Vila Marazul. Beautiful pool, in well kept grounds, everything was great. 2 lovely restaurants nearby the beautiful beach. Lagos within walking distance if you like walking, short taxi or bus ride otherwise. A great base for an Algarve holiday"

"We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. We wanted somewhere with a kitchen so we could make our own meals and the kitchen was fully equipped, the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and very nice, with extremely comfortable beds and bedding. The internet was fast, and overall it was faultless. The check-in was easier than expected, the instructions were not clear and suggested that we had to check in at a "sister" building some distance away, but actually we checked in right at the building and the staff were first class. The beach is a 8 min walk down a small path, and the beach has a bar/cafe and a restaurant. We had our own car so we could also explore locally, if we didn't not have our own car I think the experience may have been a bit different."

"We stayed here July 2017.The villa consists of about 8 rooms, either apartments or studios. We stayed in room 210. It had 2 lovely balconies and a sea view. The pool area is peaceful and secluded. The kitchen is well eqipped and rooms are cleaned daily. The beach is a 5 minute walk away (down some steep steps) and in our opinion the best beach in Lagos. The town is a 30 minute walk away ( we didnt hire a car) and we walked this on many occasions despite temperatures being 30 degrees plus. You can easily call a taxi from reception and it costs approx 6 euros one way. There isnt a reception desk at the villa, however they are just a phonecall away and we had no problems."
