Rocamar Exclusive Hotel & Spa

"Recently stayed here, have stayed here several times previous. This hotel is definitely not 4 star, the breakfast is repetitive, lukewarm and average. Deposit required which I was aware from staying before. This time round I booked a sea view room and didn’t get it, went to reception and was dealt with by the rudest receptionist, sniggering and saying I need to pay an extra €55 per night. I explained I had booked the sea view room as per previous years through a travel agent but she kept repeating herself so I asked for a manager. Manager arrived out spealing same line , I knew there was no speaking to them so I left it as I wasn’t letting it ruin my holiday. But that was the last time I’ll stay as the Rocomar. There is far nicer hotels with much better facilities and better food and location. Give this place a skip…."

"Superb experience from start to finish. Friendly and efficient check in, spacious modern room with large bathroom. The service in the bar and restaurant was excellent, especially Carlos on the bar. Only 2 niggles were the limited seating around the pool, (and the fact people were reserving the sunbeds and chairs and some not using til the afternoon), needs managing to stop this. The breakfast was lovely but the same every day and no potato option. Other than that it was amazing, a short walk to the old town and lift to the beach. The beach bar and service to beach sunbeds is genius. Ignore the negative reviews, we will definitely come here again."

"We have just spent a wonderful holiday here the staff could not be friendlier or helpful the breakfast has lots of choice both hot and cold options. The location is perfect above the beach and just a short flat walk into the old town. Yes the pool is small and there are not many sunbeds but they make the most of the space available and the view is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and the corridors are bright and modern with a lovely bar area"
