"Just back from a great stay at Natura with our 13 year old son. Staff very pleasant, Reception, bar staff, cleaning staff couldn't fault them at all. Yes rooms and walkways are very dated but I felt that the price very much reflected this and they were kept clean so I had no issues. Perfect for a short trip, would definitely return."

"When we booked last August we requested low floors for both couples. When checking in we were given the third floor, the other couple given the second.The reason for the requests were because my husband has heart problems and one of the other couple had a knee replacement 2 months ago. No offer of change of room and was told they were fully booked. The lack of understanding of English was quite bad from all staff. The rooms were acceptable but in need of some refurbishment as the furniture is quite shabby.The over bath shower was abysmal, with a dreadful shower curtain. Happy hour in the bar consisted of 50cents off selected cocktails although they weren't specified! The towels were so thin I have tea towels thicker than all of the ones provided. The walkway from the entrance to the stairway to our apartment was absolutely disgusting. In all the 11 days we stayed they were neither swept nor mopped. The handrails were filthy all the way up/down. There is flaky paint all the way through the walkway and stairs. Our friends, who had been 2years before were so disappointed in everything!. The pool area was never washed down at the end of the day and debri was left hanging around. The location isnt the best for people with walking problems as its at the bottom of a fairly steep hill. There are some great restaurants in the area.I made a video of the walkway but haven't taken pics"
