"It is a charming little hotel—a beautiful Portuguese villa. It features a pleasant pool area and a restaurant where you can have breakfast and enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and very attentive. At the reception, you will find the hotel manager, who can answer any questions you might have, or the receptionists, Federico and Francisca. We will be back next year!"

"We arrived around 1 PM at the accommodation, we have everything included. We were not provided with the all-inclusive bracelet. We had to wait until 4 PM. Lack of empathy for guests and lack of courtesy, I regret. It's the last time, especially since I know the other hotels and I'm a customer every year"
