"For kids this hotel is very good. Everything geared towards them however would’ve been nicer if they had family entertainment in the evening. Food was not the best, breakfast especially was repetitive and not many options for gluten/dairy free. Could’ve been more variety at other meal times. Had 24 hr food though so never short on eating! Staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and were lovely. WiFi great. Area was nice, free shuttle bus to Old Town was really handy."

"Hotel was very good, food, room, pool areas were all excellent with branded drinks. Only downside was the entertainment area which is a huge tent style area, this was very hot inside with plastic chairs, we only went in once. Hotel is walking distance to the new town and hotel has a shuttle to the old town. Overall it was a great holiday and hats off to the cooks who must work their socks off providing all that great food, they have theme nights every night, French, Indian, Chinese, Portuguese, Japanese etc etc We went with family including the grandson, for us as a couple there were far to many kids but guess that’s to be expected as the hotel name suggested. Room was a good size, great walk in shower and clean."
