"Wow, what a find! We had a two bed suite and it was huge. Great sized lounge that had a table for 4 in it as well. Both bedrooms very roomy and each with a large bathroom. Very comfy and clean and looks like it has been all decorated recently as no scuff marks on walls or anywhere. Grounds of the hotel are immaculate. Loads of tall palm trees around the numerous pools, just a very nice vibe to the whole resort. The buildings aren’t huge themselves so makes it aesthetically pleasing. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend here and we will definitely return."

"We stayed at this hotel for four days and the staff and property did not disappoint. We had an amazing stay! The check-in was seamless, staff were friendly and the entire property was exceptionally clean. There are three pools which allows for one to be used for the kids and the other two for adults. The pool area was well kept as was the Wellness Centre and Spa. In addition to playing golf you can take a nice walk along the boardwalk to get to the ocean. Three restaurants are available or you can go to local restaurants nearby. Well done!"

"This is a strange hotel. The positives. Decent rooms. Several staff were good. The assistant reception manager. A lady in guest relations and an older supervisor in the restaurant. The breakfast offering was fine. The negatives. We had a booking that was half board. The buffet restaurant was very, very poor. Very little choice. Starters were some bowls of salad ingredients, corn, cucumber, tomatoes etc and then some more bowls with these various ingredients mixed up. Mains were always, two meat option, a fish option and then a fourth. Then carbs, rice, noodles or potatoes. All sat under heat lamps and mostly dried out and not very nice. There were a selection of mini desserts, fruit or ice cream. This was 40 euro per person. The stand out was the bought in ice cream. You had the option of using an Italian restaurant as well. We tried this one night. It was much worse. Crispy Calamari was a tiny serving in a basket in a basket with a dip. It was tasteless and tough. That was 19 euro on the menu. We had a Caprese Salad. It consisted of a single poor quality mozzarella, a handful of rocket and two cherry tomatoes. That was 20 euro. Really bad food, genuinely like those making it and serving it could not give a stuff. Before checking out I asked to speak to the food and beverage manager. He listened to what I had to say but became defensive. When I told him about the salad, he suggested that maybe the chef was trying to be "innovative". He said that he thought that the buffet was "good value". It was not. Despite having meals included, we ate out at a local italian (Bellavita). The food was massively better than in the hotel and very good value for money. Generally staff around the hotel were poor, you were ignored and a couple came across like they did not want to be there. The fire alarm seemed to go off constantly (once a day) and at 4am on the day that we were leaving. To sum up. I go to a hotel for peace and quiet, to relax and eat good food. There was no "peace" to be had here. The food offering was really poor."
