"Couldn't have dreamed of a better location. Having walked around the city, I now realized I lucked out in picking Quality Hotel Grand Tromso. Great breakfast, lovely hotel all around. I requested a hair dryer by email and they promptly obliged. Staff was great. I was even offered a small breakfast at 3:45a by the reception desk while I waited for my taxi to the airport. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Overall, this was a very good stay and we would gladly return. The bedsheets smelled and felt clean, but there were random speckles of black dots on them that could be removed. It was a small detail, but noticeable enough to affect the overall impression. The bathroom could also benefit from more hooks or hanging space for towels and clothes. That said, we booked a room for four adults and it was pleasantly spacious. There was sufficient seating, and it comfortably accommodated two large suitcases plus three smaller ones without feeling cramped. The breakfast was exceptional. There was a wide variety of options—from well-prepared hot dishes to marinated herring and smoked salmon. The selection of pastries was excellent, and beverages included Biola yogurt drinks, juices, and chocolate milk. Everything we tried was delicious and of high quality. There is also free laundry available on the 6th floor, which is a very useful perk for travelers on long journeys. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
