"Tromsö hotels are crazy expensive. We needed a hotel for one night on a business trip. This hotel popped up as a somewhat cheaper option. We booked this hotel even if it still was somewhat expensive. This hotel is actually a hospital hotel for patients coming from far away in Norway. But you can still book this hotel as an individual traveler. The hotel is inside the hospital-complex in Tromsö. And you enter the hotel the same way patients to the hospital do, which can be somewhat confusing. The front-desk staff has absolutely no hospitality-training and don't even smile at you. I took a photo of the front-desk and the lady yelled loudly at me :-). The rooms are basic, but clean and have what you need for the night. The bed had some kind of protection against urine under the bedsheet and that was not so comfy. However the bed was ok to sleep in. The floor was heated in the bathroom. Breakfast was included and was actually good, I did not expect that. The dining room was not so nice as it was situated inside the hospital-lobby. Overall this (Hospital)hotel have what you need for one night, but don't expect anything fancy that you would find in a regular hotel. Would I stay here again ? Yes - if the other hotels stil was crazy expensive compared to this hotel."

"I would rater die then to go to this hosptal. I was in here when i was 8 years old. And all that is changed is the tv.From fat tv to led. The bed in here, ohhh my God. If you not have backpain.Then you get it after staying in there. Rude nurse, you feel better to get a prison guard to help you. Even i had a heart attack they let you carry all by yourself. And the doctor think the are GOD. I will rater die then to go to this place."

"New, comfortable clean and friendly hotel. Great price, great location on campus and with bus and taxi outside the door. No nonsense or frills, but I got everything I needed and a warm spacious room with heated floors in the bathroom- roomy shower and great service. I asked for tea upon arrival and was given a water-cooker and plenty of tea supplies for the duration of my stay. Room cleaned and new towels every day."
