"Loved the room with a view of Mathallen 719. Lovely bathroom, clean and nice. Coffee machine and two armchairs with a table. We didn't eat breakfast, but we stopped by to look and it looked very good. Walking distance to the center and the fantastic food hall is nearby. Easy arrival at the hotel by taxi."

"I had to spend the final night of my trip to Norway at this hotel, and unfortunately, it ruined the end of the tour. As soon as we arrived, we were given a tiny room facing the sidewalk: people passing by were literally looking into the room, and the only solution was to close the blackout curtains (there wasn't a lighter double curtain), with the result of feeling like we were underground. I asked at the reception if we could change rooms, and they kindly assigned us a new room on the first floor facing the Mathallen, so with little privacy, but still better than the sidewalk. The real problem is that the room was dirty. There were kilograms of dust everywhere, the floor was full of debris, dust, noodles, the shower was full of long, dark hair, and there were dirty glasses on the sink. By now too tired and disappointed to complain again, we went to bed, but that's when the fun began, because some nightclub nearby started pumping techno music until 2 in the morning. The staff is kind and the breakfast is good, but let's say I felt like an unwanted guest and the property totally lacks respect for the customer, because it's okay to sell "standard" rooms, but for 150€ a night, you don't expect this type of treatment."
