"The staff were lovely and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, but not as big as expected. The room did come with a lot of toiletries and a little seating area, but we were personally disappointed by the lack of kettle in the room. We did have access to tea and coffee in the reception area, however we were on the top floor and going up and down stairs for a drink seemed a bit excessive. On our first day we used the spa, which has a wet sauna, infrared sauna, and a dry sauna, 2 loungers, and a very lovely bath. It did take an hour to warm up so whilst reception did this we went and found food. There are plenty of options near by for food including everything from a McDonald's to nice restaurants. The shower in the bathroom was okay, it got to a good temperature but the power behind it was not great. The breakfast was nice, and had a nice variety and was well laid out but did get busy. The hotel is in a good location for getting to things without being overly central and busy, and is a short walk to most places."
