"It was okay! good location, good service and they have awesome alina. She made my stay amazingly comfortable and was really kind, overall made the hotel experience a lot better but a downside is a worker named eneo, im 19 traveling alone and he messaged me through my private phone number without me giving him permission to. I hope that the women there stay safe and be careful around him"

"Very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night and found that my assigned bed was already occupied, so I had to take another available bed. There were also no towels in the room. I was exhausted and went straight to sleep, but in the morning I couldn’t properly shower and get ready. I went to reception, explained that there were no towels and that I was checking out soon, and asked them to please bring towels to my room. When I came back, nothing had been delivered. The toilet in the room was also not working properly and was blocked by other guests. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer care. At check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been okay — just “thank you” and that was it. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and I would not choose this place again."

"Our double room was small, but had everything we needed for an easy stay! Our room had a standing fan, plenty of outlets, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We also had a window that opened with a great view."
